Brian is a native of Milwaukee, the second youngest of eight children. “Everything is very much black and white in my world” Brian says. “There’s a right way and a wrong way to do things”. Maria was born in Budapest, Hungary during the war. Her parents were strong, stubborn, resourceful people who survived by their wits. “They raised me to see the world with wide open eyes and a wide open mind,” Maria says. “They taught me how important it is to be resilient, to adapt to different people and situations.”

But as different as these two might be, they share many common bonds that make them tower over others in much more than height. Both have been successful business owners and entrepreneurs, due in no small part to the devotion each has to the values of honesty, integrity and hard work.
